29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard:    a) Enrober Area, 92 North Main Street, Building 19, Windsor, NJ 08561: On or about April 10, 2012 electrical cords placed in the aisles of employees' working area posed a tripping hazard.    b) Storage Area, 92 North Main Street, Building 19, Windsor, NJ 08561: On or about April 10, 2012 boxes and excess equipment stored in the isles posed a tripping hazard for employees.      NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:    a) Storage Area, 92 North Main Street, Building 19, Windsor, NJ 08561: On or about April 10, 2012 the storage of compressed gases in cylinders did not conform to the requirements of the Compressed Gas Associatioin Pamphlet P-1-1965 requiring cylinders to be secured against falling. As a result, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
