29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:    A.  WML Construction LLC worksite located at 6935 Monclova Road, Monclova, Ohio: On or about May 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing trusses on the south side of the single story structure. Employees were standing on the exterior top plate exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10.00 feet.    B.  WML Construction LLC worksite located at 6935 Monclova Road, Monclova, Ohio: On or about May 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing sheathing on the south side of the single story structure. Employees were working on the 6/12 pitched roof  exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10.00 feet.    C.  WML Construction LLC worksite located at 6935 Monclova Road, Monclova, Ohio: On or about May 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while accessing the work area. Employees were observed walking the exterior top plate on the north side of the structure exposed to a fall distance of approximately 10.00 feet.    D.  WML Construction LLC worksite located at 6935 Monclova Road, Monclova, Ohio: On or about May 1, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while installing trusses on the north side of the single story structure. Employees were standing on the top of the previously installed trusses exposed to a fall distance of approximately 18.00 feet.    WML Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311605349, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2008, with respect to a workplace located atMaumee, OH.
