29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure    a.  On or about May 4, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a steep sloped roof (6:12), twelve (12) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
