29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards, which enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite, 4868 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about May 10, 2012, during roofing activities on a low sloped roof, the employer did not provide fall protection training for employees and allowed them to use parapet walls that were too short for fall protection where exposed to falls of up to approximately 14 feet.
