29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and were allowed to sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:    a) Price Chopper Parking Lot - On or about 11 May, 2012 - Employees were installing banners on the lightpoles and were standing on the midrails to attach the connectors. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 Feet.
