29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      On or about May 9th, 2012 at worksite 8000 N Lydia Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri- Employee's were performing roofing operations on a 6 in 12 pitch roof at a height greater than 16 feet without any fall protection.       Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
