29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity).    a) Employees hoisting materials from a scaffold platform 25 feet above the ground were not protected from falling as there was no mid rail. Observed on or about 04 May 2012.       b) An employee was standing on an outrigger without fall protection. The outrigger was 25 Feet 8 inches above the ground. Observed on or about 04 May 2012.
