29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(iv)(B):  The Exposure Control Plan was not documented annually for effective safer medical devices designed to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure:    a) At the work site; On or about 5/15/12 the employer did not include in the Exposure Control Plan annual documentation for effective safer medical devices designed to eliminate or minimize occupational exposure, such as, but not limited to, needle stick injuries.    Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
