29 CFR 1910.212(b):     Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving:    On or about 12 Jun 12, and at times prior, employees were exposed to hazards in the Maintenance Addition of Building 10 resulting from a machines including, but not necessarily limited to, a DoALL brand vertical band saw and a Baldor brand bench grinder that were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):     Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:      On or about 12 Jun 2012, and at times prior, in the Maintenance Addition to Building 10, employees were exposed to electrical hazards resulting from a lack of sufficient access and working space about electrical equipment including, but not necessarily limited to, a 240 volt electrical panel used to control an Enerpac brand 100 ton hydraulic press.
