29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):     Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:    Location:  The Holiday Inn hotel at or near 3400 Rider Trail South, Earth City, Missouri  63045.    The employer did not ensure that the JCB Model 508C Loadall Telescopic Boom Forklift, Serial Number SLP5CBKA8U1702757, was designed to support a pallet used as a man basket.    In the alternative, 29 CFR 1926.453(a)(1):     The Aerial lift was not designed or constructed in accordance with the applicable requirements of the American National Standard for "Vehicle Mounted Elevating and Rotating Work Platforms," A92.2-1969:    The employer did not ensure that the platform used by a worker and supported by the JCB Model 508C Loadall Telescopic Boom Forklift, Serial Number SLP5CBKA8U1702757, was designed to meet the requirements of ANSI A92.2-1969.
