29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    A. James E. Moline Builders, Inc. worksite located at 4230 Deer Run Ct., Maumee, Ohio: On or about May 24, 2012, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from head injuries while working below employees installing wood sheathing on the north side of the residential structure. Due to this condition, employees were potentially exposed to impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment.    James E. Moline Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311604441, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 8, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at Sylvania, OH.
