29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:       JOB SITE:  1987 Springtree Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, two workers were observed on top of the roof, actively installing new roof shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection.  The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      JOB SITE: 1987 Springtree Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, workers were observed on top of a 6:12 pith roof, approximately 13 feet 2 inches above lower level, actively installing new roof shingles and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
