29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):     Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    a)38 Winans, East Orange, NJ:Employer allowed his employees to work from a scaffold in excess of 18 feet to the ground below with no fall protection in place, i.e. guardrail system, exposing them to fall hazards.         Violation observed on or about 5/26/12.
