29 CFR 1926.300(b)(6): "Anchoring fixed machinery." Machines designed for a fixed location shall be securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. (a) On or about 05/17/12, at the Strahallen Hotel, under renovation, located on 550 East Avenue, in Rochester, New York, a DeWalt Chop Saw was in use without being anchored in place and secured to prevent movement. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
