29 CFR 1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(a): Metal storage cabinets construction. The bottom, top, door, and sides of cabinet were not at least No. 18 gage sheet iron and double walled with 1 1/2 - inch air space. Joints were not riveted, welded or made tight by some equally effective means. The door was not provided with a three-point lock, and the door sill was not raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet. On or about 16 May 2012, employees were exposed to fire and chemical hazards resulting from flammable materials being stored in a cabinet near the northeast corner of the maintenance bay area that was not constructed of at least 18 gage sheet iron, was not double walled with a 1 1/2 inch air space, did not have a door provided with a three-point lock, and did not have a door sill that was raised at least 2 inches above the bottom of the cabinet.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: On or about 16 May 2012, in the Parts Storage area in the southeast corner of the building, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards resulting from unguarded fluorescent light fixtures suspended less than 8 feet above the floor.
