29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure:    a)  Lot 10 Marra Landing, Wilmington, DE - Employees installing floor joists while standing on the foundation wall approximately 8 feet above the ground, exposing the employees to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet. The company did not provide that the employees use ladders or saw horse scaffold to set the joists. This violation was observed on or about April 27, 2012.
