OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards and head injuries from material that could fall from an overhead conveyor.     (a) Location - Storage Area:  On or about 3/20/12, employees were exposed to potential crushing hazards from a conveyor while moving material.      Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means to correct the hazard is including but not limited to comply with American National Institute, ANSI B20.1, 1972, Section 5.9.2 d guarding by location or position.
