29 CFR 1926.51(a)(4):     The common drinking cup was not prohibited:    At this job site, employees installing a new sewer lline were drinking water from a plastic, soft drink bottle used as a common drinking cup by all of the employees. Employees were exposed to potentially commnicable diseases associated with drinking water from the same container used by all of the employees.

29 CFR 1926.651(c)(2):     A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not located in trench excavations that were 4 feet (1.22m) or more in depth so as to require no more than 25 feet (7.62m) of lateral travel for employees:    At this excavation site, employees installing a new sewer line were not provided with safe egress from a trench 8 feet deep by 47 inches wide by 37 ft long. A means of egress from a trench box had not been provided.
