29 CFR 1910.242(b):     Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:    (a) V T Halter Marine, Inc., 900 Bayou Casotte Parkway, Pascagoula, MS 39581; on port side at ground level of Crowley Barge B-123 - On or about February 9, 2012, employees were exposed to injury while cleaning trash from under sand-blast pots, #SSC-112 and #BP-8, using compressed air at 60 psig from a 1/4 inch black rubber hose without a safety nozzle.
