29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      On or about May 24th, 2012 at worksite 132nd Street in Platte City, Missouri- Employee was performing roofing operations at a height greater than 18 feet without any means of fall protection.       Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):     Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:      On or about May 24th, 2012 at worksite 132nd Street in Platte City, Missouri- Employee was performing general construction operations from the first level of the structure to the second level by way of a stairway with a height greater than 8 feet and 6 inches that was not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected edge.      Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
