29 CFR 1910.132(e): Defective or damaged personal protective equipment was in use.    in the production floor, On or about 05/22/2012 and times prior to, employees were wearing tyvex suits without sleeves while using chemicals that required PPE to cover all exposed skin.  This conditon exposed employees to chemical burns to arms.
