1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.    At the west side of the roof of a commercial building, , employees worked at the edge without fall protection.  Employees were exposed to falls approximately 20 feet to the ground.
