29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: JOB SITE: 12226 Country Lane Drive, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, three (3) workers were observed on top the roof of a two (2) story residential structure, actively removing old roofing material, approximately 20 feet eave to ground level, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.

At this work site, the employer allowed his workers to work on a 6:12 pitch roof, approximately 20 feet eave to ground level, without form of fall protection. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
