29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:      a) Garage and main structure: On June 1, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to 10 foot fall hazards while performing framing activities on the exterior top plates with out a fall protection system in place.     b)  Garage area: On June 1, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to a 10 foot fall hazard while performing sheathing activities on a 5 in 12 pitched roof with out a fall protection system in place.    c) Second floor level:  On June 1, 2012 and at times prior thereto, an employee performing framing activities near an unprotected window opening was exposed to a 12 foot fall hazard.      d) Second floor level:  On June 1, 2012 and at times prior thereto, all employees performing framing activities on the second floor were exposed to a 9 foot fall hazard at an open sided floor at the top of the stairway opening.       Note) Abatement certification is NOT required for these items.
