29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):  The floor of every workroom was not maintained in as clean of condition as possible:    (a) Foster Farms LLC., at 250 Gunnison River Rd., Delta, CO 81416:  The employer did not ensure fugitive dust and/or grain was cleaned up as soon as possible in the basement and under the scales.  This condition, if it persists could present a respiratory hazard to the employees.

29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(ii): All mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment which presents a danger to employees inside grain storage structures was not deenergized and disconnected, locked-out and tagged, blocked-off, or otherwise prevented from operating by other equally effective means or methods:    (a) Foster Farms LLC., 250 Gunnison River Dr., Delta, CO 81416:  The employer did not ensure all mechanical equipment was deenergized when an employee was inside a grain storage structure as an employee pushes the sweep auger while it is running in the silo, the auger is guarded on only one side.  This condition potentially exposed the employee to an amputation hazard.
