29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:    Jobsite located at 423 2nd. Ave., Mulvane, KS; Employees engaged in residential roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to 12 feet 6 inches to the ground.  Fall protection equipment available at the jobsite was not used.    Jose Zaldivar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 19126.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 31606318, citation number1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3106 S. Pinecrest, Wichita, KS 67210.
