Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  At the jobsite, on or about 5/29/12:  Employees were working along the edge of an 8:12 pitch roof at approximately 25 feet from ground, installing facia without fall protection of any kind.
