29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(A):     Building and/or facility owners failed to notify prospective employers applying for or bidding for work whose employees can reasonably be expected to work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material of the presence, location and quantity:    a) Building F Crawl Space: An electrical contractor was installing service cable where thermal system insulation was identified as containing asbestos and the facility owner did not notify the contractor of the presence and location of asbestos exposing employees to eye irritation and coughing, on or about June 13, 2012.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(8)(vii):     After the building owner or employer identified previously installed presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) and/or asbestos containing material (ACM), labels or signs were not affixed or posted so that employees would be notified of what materials contain PACM and/or ACM, and/or the employer did not post signs in lieu of labels, and/or ensure, to the extent feasible, that employees who come in contact with these signs or labels could comprehend them:    a) Building F Crawl Space: Thermal system insulation identified as containing asbestos was not labeled exposing employees and contractors to asbestos, on or about June 13, 2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
