29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of  guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     This violation most recently occurred on June 20, 2012, at a workplace located at Hwy 80 E and FM 548, Forney, TX 75126;  where at least one (1) employee worked from the buildings fascia sign framework, not protected from falling an approximate 11-feet, 10-inches to the ground level below.
