29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):   Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program.    At the time of the inspection, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program.    Chemicals to which employees are exposed include, but are not limited to:  bovine medications, bovine vaccinations, and foot bath chemicals.    Abatement certification required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):   Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    Employees have not received training on the health and safety hazards associated with the chemicals used at the dairy facility.    Chemicals to which employees are exposed include, but are not limited to:  bovine medications, bovine vaccinations, and foot bath chemicals.    Abatement certification required per 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
