29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):     The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee(s) ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:    An employee was exposed to injury in that a medical evaluation for respiratory protection use had not been provided.  The Body Shop employee that sprayed bed liner used a 3M half face, air purifying, tight fitting, respirator and was not provided was a medical evaluation.      29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i):     Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire:    Employees were exposed to injury from a fire and explosion hazard.  One compressed gas cylinder of oxygen was stored with one compressed gas cylinder of acetylene.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement for the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required
