OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee, who was working from a scissors lift, was exposed to the hazard of falling to the ground below:    This violation occurred on June 13, 2012, at a workplace located at 801 W. Airport Fwy., Irving, TX 75062, where at least one (1) employee, who was standing on the top-rail of a scissors lift while performing the work, was exposed to the hazard of falling more than 20 feet to the ground below.
