29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b):    a)  9201 Hamilton Creek Drive Mobile, Alabama:  On or about June 19-22, 2012 and at times prior to; the employer failed to ensure that employees installing shingles on the 4:12 pitch roof of the single residential home were provided and using fall protection exposing them to falls of 8 feet 9 inches to the ground below.
