29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  The employer does not ensure each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels are protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.         a) This violation occurred on or about June 20, 2012, on the west side of Building 8 where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet when framing the third level of the apartment complex without a fall protection system.       b) This violation occurred on or about June 20, 2012, on the west side of Building 8 where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet when throwing scrap wood into a bin from the third level of the apartment complex without a guardrail system.
