29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.    The employer does not protect employees from falling when working in a basket without fall protection.  This violation was observed on or about June 21, 2012, south parking lot where employees were exposed to a fall hazard when operating a JLG Aerial Lift while installing a security camera on a light pole without fall protection.
