29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Stamping Deptartment: The guard at the delivery end of the Bobst Model SP76 Foil Stamping Machine did not prevent an employee from being caugh between several mechanismss at the delivery end of the machine, while insepcting a sheet. The operator injured his hand.
