29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)Top and North side of roof: On June 20, 2012, and times prior thereto, employees were installing a new membrane roof on a steep concave roof without guardrails or personal fall arrest systems while working on the west and east ends of the building.    Note: Abatement certification is required for this item
