29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about 06/27/2012, at 12520 Seminole Beach Road, North Palm Beach Florida, three employees were working from an area with unprotected sides and edges, without the use of fall protection.    NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours.    On or about 06/27/2012, at 12520 Seminole Beach Road, North Palm Beach Florida, the employer, upon request from the CSHO, did not provide copies of the companies certified OSHA Form 300/300A/301 for the previous (5) five calendar years (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012).    NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
