OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment in a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious phyisical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being struck by vehicular traffic:    a)  Employeees were not wearing a traffic vest where there was an exposure to moving traffic.  b)  Training was not provided to employees in the recognition of unsafe conditions where there was an exposure to moving traffic.
