29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    This violation occurred on June 29, 2012, at the jobsite located at 1400 Bluegrove Road in Lancaster, Texas 75134, where at least two (2) employees performing roofing work used pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    This violation occurred on June 29, 2012, where at least three (3) employees, who were performing roofing work, were working from the roof without the use of fall protection and were exposed to the hazard of falling 20-feet to the lower level.
