29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about June 26th, 2012 at worksite 1256 SW Arborcrest in Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employee's were working at elevated heights on a steep roof without any fall protection.       Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):     Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladders length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:      On or about June 26th, 2012 at worksite 1256 SW Arborcrest in Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employee's were using a portable ladder whose side rails did not extend 3 feet above the landing for access and egress.       Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
