29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and were permitted sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:    a) On or about June 26, 2012, during bridge sandblasting and painting activities, the employer did not ensure that workers kept their feet firmly on the floor of the JLG aerial lift, serial number 600SJ, in that workers used the lift to gain access to/egress from the work area and climbed on the lift's rails to do so.
