29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of systems:    a) On or about June 28, 2012, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 6 feet while re-roofing a low sloped roof.    Jam Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection 313716474 citation number 1 item 1 issued on 01/29/2010, and became a final order on 02/17/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 9211 E. Arapahoe Road, Greenwood Village CO 80111.            Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Correction Action Worksheet").
