29 CFR 1926.652(b):     The slopes and configurations of sloping and benching systems were not in accordance with the requirement options of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1), (b)(2), (b)(3), or (b)(4):    a) 122 Rodeo St, Hwy 26 in Poplarville, MS   On or about June 28, 2012, the excavation for the 7000 gallon tank was not benched for type B or C soil. Employees entered the excavation to secure the tank to the base supports. The soil sample results were determined to be Type B soil.
