29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b):    The employer does not ensure employees are protected from falling while working at heights greater than six feet. This violation was observed on or about June 26, 2012, when employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the roof of an apartment being constructed that was 22 feet tall without any means of fall protection.    Jose Lugo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311491799, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 4, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at 955 Langwick Dr., Houston, TX 77060.
