29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i): Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors.    (a) At the Air Force Road Warehouse a paint storage shed located within the fenced yard: Class 1 liquids such as acetone, paint thinner, and paint strippers were stored next to the Evans fuel heater with operating pilot light.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(7)(i): Suitable fire control devices, such as small hose or portable fire extinguishers, were not available at location where flammable or combustible liquids were stored and/or transferred.   (a) At USFS Warehouse yard paint storage shed there was no fire extinguisher. In the same paint storage shed there was fuel sourced heater.
