29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     a) Front side of apartment building N: On June 25, 2012 employees performed roofing activities on a 6 in 12 to 8 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place.  Employees were exposed to an 18 and a half foot fall hazard to the ground below.       Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2):     Eye and face protective equipment being used did not meet the requirements specified in Z 87.1-1968:    a) Front side of apartment building N: On June 25, 2012 the glasses worn by an employee using a nail gun for roofing activities were not safety glasses (ANSI Z-87).    Note) Abatement certification IS required for this item.
