29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):     Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:    (a)  2610 NE Industrial Drive, North Kansas City MO 64116.  The employer do not have a Hazard Communication Program.

29 CFR 1910.1047(h)(1)(i):     A written plan for emergency situations shall be developed for each workplace where there is a possibility of an emergency. Appropriate portions of the plan shall be implemented in the event of an emergency.    (a) 2610 NE Industrial Drive, North Kansas City MO 64116.  The employer do not have a emergency program that detail what to do in case of a ETO leak.
