29 CFR 1926.25(a):     During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    Jobsite located at Fraternity Circle, URI Campus, Kingston, RI: On or about 06/27/2012 employees were conducting construction activities near the eastern most dorm entrance way and path to dumpster whereby the employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards as a result of excess debris that was allowed to accumulate in the walking and working areas.
