29 CFR 1926.56(a): Construction areas, ramps, runways, corridors, offices, shops, and storage areas were not lighted to not less than the minimum illumination intensities listed in Table D-3 while any work was in progress    (a) In the office area being renovated into a courtroom on or about July 11, 2012, the lighting was not adequate.  The only lighting was from a door to a hallway and from an adjoining office.  Employees were cleaning up construction debris.
